Need Team Photos?

We offer flexible options for team headshot sessions to best accommodate your unique needs. We offer on-location shoots at your office or any other location of your choice. Alternatively, for remote teams or small groups, we have a dedicated headshot studio located north of Pittsburgh, PA.

Our group session pricing is structured in tiers to provide cost-effective solutions for teams of different sizes. For groups of 4-9 people, each team member will be billed at $150 per person. For groups of 10-19 people, the price per person drops to $125 each. Teams larger than 25 may require a custom quote. Contact us for pricing.

If you opt for an on-location shoot, there will be an additional $250 location fee.

Our headshot experience

Step 1: Consultation

During our consultation, we'll discuss your specific needs and preferences to ensure we create a headshot that aligns with your unique style and professional goals. We'll also go over pricing and scheduling options, number of team members to be photographed and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Step 2: Photograph Session

Once we've determined the details of your headshot session, we'll schedule your photo session at a convenient time and location. We'll work with you to create a comfortable and relaxed environment, and guide you through the process to ensure we capture the best possible images.

Step 3: Image Selection and Delivery

After your photo session, we'll provide you with a selection of high-quality, edited images to choose from. You'll have the opportunity to review and select your favorite shots, and we'll provide any additional retouching or editing as needed to ensure your final images are flawless.
